After purchase, diagrams are IMMEDIATELY accessible by signing into "My Account." The "My Account" green menu bar, located in the top menu, is on every NTGreek In Diagram web page (such as at the top of this page).

Left click on the "My Account" green menu bar. A window then appears in the center of your screen where you may enter your username and password. The username is your email address and the password is what you chose during purchase. Only one username and password are required for each account--no matter how many diagram sets or collections purchased.

All files are located under "Downloads" in your account and associated with your order date. As more diagram sets are added (i.e., the Master Diagram Collection) and/or updated, you may return and obtain them, regardless of when you purchased the diagrams. You have a lifetime access to the diagrams!

If permitted, a cookie is stored on your computer at time of purchase. If this cookie is not deleted, you will not need to enter your username or password to access your diagrams after clicking on the "My Account" tab. The purpose for this cookie is only for identification purposes.

You may also access your account 24/7/365 days a year and change your username (email address) and/or password.

The latest additions and/or updates are always maintained on ECWID's server. Your username, password, and diagrams are also stored on ECWID's secure web server. Furthermore, password recovery is also available.
